Political NGO

A nonpartisan advocacy organization publishing serious, research-driven articles — read by almost nobody, because the writing never left their website. We turned that archive into a five-platform content engine.

WHAT WE DID

A full content engine: website articles repurposed into hundreds of platform-native social posts — nearly a thousand across every major platform — plus a library of short-form videos.

DELIVERABLES

Content repurposing system, short-form video production, 5-platform distribution

OUTCOME

Reach scaled from 10k to 127k impressions/month.

The Challenge

The organization's team produced genuinely good long-form writing, but distribution was an afterthought: an article went up on the site, got shared once, and disappeared. Social presence meant occasional manual posts. Reach hovered around 10k impressions a month — far below what the quality of the source material deserved — and there was no capacity to hire a social media team.

What We Built

A content repurposing engine that takes every article on their website and transforms it into platform-native social content — not copy-pasted links, but posts written the way each platform actually rewards: threads, carousels, short punchy takes, discussion prompts. Across the engagement it produced nearly a thousand posts distributed across five platforms, plus a library of short-form videos cut for vertical feeds.

How It Works

The system ingests an article, extracts its strongest arguments and data points, and drafts a batch of posts tailored per platform — tone, length, and format matched to each one. Every batch goes through human review before publishing, so the organization's voice and editorial standards stay intact. One article in, a week of multi-platform content out.

The Outcome

Monthly reach grew from roughly 10k impressions to 127k — more than 12x — with no new hires and no change to how the team writes. The same ideas they were already publishing now actually get seen.
